Today progress changed to 18 weeks remaining from 4 months remaining. Not sure if that means something
Did you get to know where has your file reached , visa office ?

Ask them about the Criminality, eligibility and security. Also ask them which visa office is handling your case
But for this. We need to be either Pr or citizen of canada I believe. I am from India.

Just wanted your insight as to the wording of our RPRF request letter. Does this mean we are on final decision already?
"I am writing you this letter to express my concern(s) regarding your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:
RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee $490/adult.
Before I make a final decision, you may submit additional information relating to this issue. If you choose not to respond with additional information I will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application."
