What do you mean by missed out? she was constantly checking her express entry profile and email by she hasn't received NOI yet

If you have not received a NOI, it is possible because Alberta has its own invitation criteria. Don't be discouraged, maybe it will happen very soon...

I hope that this March has many NOIs because even last year, there were many NOIs in March and April.

I mean what others are saying that AINP has its own selection criteria. Hopefully she will be next soon.

Also I am interested in AINP
How do I apply for AINP EOI

You don't need to make any explicit application for AINP. Alberta selects candidates from the express entry pool. However at the time of filing ee profile, you need to ensure that you select 'Alberta' or 'all provinces and territories'
