December 2019 - Citizenship Application

Since for my kids, neither Health card or School record does not contain photos I called CIC and asked about it. Lady told me that I should submit biographical page of the passport (I submitted it twice one in section passports and second for identification purposes) and health card. This is what I have done. you should note that according to the CIC website PR cards cannot be used for identification.

This could probably what I had missed out on. I didn't submit school record or the health card.

For my child's application, I submitted the passport, immunization record and health card. Only 1 photo ID proof is required. The second ID needn't have a photograph. I successfully received the AOR.

I will do the same now. But I am very sad that I have to wait another 2-3 months for my AOR (or) to see if there would be another return due to "Incomplete" application .

On Ecas if you have same home and mailing address does it show only the home ?

I assume so. I had a problem before where they had my previous address as my mailing address and when I went in and changed it to my actual address, it now only shows my home address.

Thank you for your respond. I also had to change my address and now it shows only home address. I guess as its same that's why its showing only home
