I don't have any dependants with this application

We did use an representative/agent initially but it was a huge waste of money. Majority, if not all, of the forms were completed by me. The agent just verified the information before we submitted them. Also we ended up dropping our representative shortly after. It is much easier to contact IRCC through web form and calling them instead of getting an agent to do it. You get direct answers.

This application is a lot of work to get done but easy as long as you follow the instructions carefully.

if i remember it correctly, the first tym the asked you, it was only t4s and NoAs ryt? With a different officer.
With mine, officer KO asked for NOAs, cert of employment and birth cert of kids. He or she did not ask for t4s
That's correct. Did you submit it already?

Yes we sent the employer kids birth certificate along with the application. Did you send the birth certificates with application or not? I know you are an employer. I am employer too.
Is your employee has dependents too?
My employee has a spouse. I did not send it since the consultant told me not to. I wanted to send the birth cert, NOA and employment certs since I always have submitted those when it was still LMIA.

Okay. My consultant asked me to send the birth certificates too. So I did. Thanks for replying. I wish us all get the medical requests soon.

I hope so as well. I'm also concerned about the applicant being pregnant just recently. I don't know what's gonna happen to that.

You can, you need an employer in Canada and at-least 1 year of experience in the field, IELTS band 5.0, post secondary education and must be admissible to Canada.
Is it needed to have 1 year experience in the field? What about without experience? But having tesda nc2 certificate?

I think trend is applicants without dependents getting medical requests – I know 2 that are not on this forum received medical request in January applied in September. I think applicants with dependents are going through extra scrutiny to validate genuineness of job offer
Thoso two who recive medical requests do u know there country.

Guys, I have a question. Is there anyone who gave biometrics previously for any other application like temporary resident visa other than PR and is requested again to give biometric for HCCP?
