How to mention multiple addresses in same month?

For citizenship application, I need to mention my presence in Canada for last 5 years.

In a specific month I lived in more than one address(i.e., first 15 days one address, next 15 days another address).

But CIT 0002 (01-2019) application only allows year and month.

How to mention multiple addresses within same month?

It would appear 2 times for the same time period. its fine. Same i did for PR, no issues. So similarly i did for citizenship application too.
