Summer camps are held in schools and universities. Summer camps are also used by tourist and foreign educators for learning purposes in Canada. Have you actually been to summer camps? Like I said, many people signed the camps for the month, go vacation elsewhere and only attend the camps for a week or two.
Most summer camp at universities have no learning conponent. The play games,go swimming, play sports, etc. This family is talking about coming to Canada for 2-3 weeks to visit family. Why would they pay to put the boy in summer camp? The mother is available all day. The original question was about whether the mother and brother could visit for a much longer time and whether the boy could join Canadian school for free while they visited Canada for 4 months.

Why would they not pay to put the boy in summer camp? Was it because you scared them off by saying it cost $500 per week? The mother is available all day doesn't mean the boy cannot go there. There is no mention in the original question whether the boy could join Canadian school for free while they visit Canada for 4 months. I suggest you read through the original post again.

If you have a son and available all day, I guess you disallow your son to go to a normal school and do home schooling instead.

Good morning,
Hi, I recently finish my school and now i am still waiting for my work permit.
I am trying to apply a visiting visa to my mom and my younger brother for my graduation, I have more sibling ( 5) but them they will be in boarding school and he is always with my mom because he is in grad 5 and my mom can not leave him alone. I would like them to stay for 3to 4 moth but he will be missing so much in school. I was taking with my friend and she mentioned something like” kids under age they can go to school here when there parents have a valid visa
I would like to ask if this information is true or not. Thanks so much”

This is where the OP asks whether their brother who is in grade 5 can go to school for free if his mother and him are here on visitor visas (TRV). He would like them both to visit for 3-4 months but the boy would miss school and he heard that a parent with a visa can send their kids to Canadian school. The answer is really if a parent is studying or working they can sent their kid to school without paying not just visiting. The family is now planning on coming from India for 2-3 weeks to visit the sister during the summer/school break. Why would they not spend time together going places together or just visiting at home. Why would the child come all the way from India if they were just going to pay for him to go to summer camp? The family could have saved the cost of a flight and they could have paid for the child to attend a summer camp in India for a fraction of the price. The goal of the visit is to spend time with the sister.

No, there is no mentioning about going to school for free when parents are here on visitor visas (TRV). You don't see or unheard of people traveling from overseas to Canada for weeks vacationing, doesn't mean people don't go to summer camps here.

She is clearly saying that her brother will come during the school year since she said he will be missing so much at school during those 3 to 4 months.

Agreed. That's why going to summer camps in Canada is an option.
