Hi! I know that my inquiries have been answered before, but I would just like to have some further clarifications on the things below. Or if you have experienced the following scenarios before, could you share your insights, please? Thank you very much in advance.

1. I would like to confirm that it is okay to change the ECA report with a more positive result from a different organization (thus changing reference number) on your EE profile, pre-ITA? Eventhough you have already transmitted and submiited the old ECA number few months back.

2. I was able to save the proof of funds required for PR application now. However, if I include my current car loan, the fund would not be sufficient. Most would say that car loans would not matter, but I would to know your first hand experience on this case.

3. From same NOC code,
Company A: 4 years - 2011-2015 (I have experience letter - detailing duties and responsibilities)
Company B: 3 years - 2015 - 2018 (I have experience letter - but no duties and responsibilities - ended not in good terms, thus acquiring new experience letter from the HR would be very difficult. I could acquire an experience letter from my direct supervisor, though).
Company C: Current 2018 onwards (I could get an experience letter.)
Would it be okay not to mention Company B under experience in EE profile, as I only need 3 years of experience in the last 10 years to claim points? Or a letter from my supervisors (from clients) would suffice?

Thank you very much for your time!

1. Yes.
2. Provide all proof of funds, cash, accounts, mortgage etc. Shouldn't be a problem.
3. Provide whatever you can. Explain why you couldn't get the reference letter. This is way better than saying you did nothing for 3 years of your life.

Thanks so much Maarib for your response. Will do those! Currently waiting for the delivery of my ECA - to be delivered this week! And I'm hoping to get a valuable credential evaluation.

Bad advice

No need to list Company B in the profile if a proper reference letter can't be obtained and OP already maxed out points with other work experiences.
It would be mentioned in personal history post ITA therefore it's not "did nothing for 3 years"

Thank you ContactFront for your response. I am not yet familiar with personal history section post-ITA, but I have been reading this on some other threads. I will also take this into consideration - as I may not be able to get a reference letter from the HR of Company B. Also, if ever I could get one for the whole 3 years, it will be similar to the one I had - no duties and responsibilities noted.

Would experience letters from the end-clients be sufficient? (It would also indicate that Company B has been my employer during those times- but I am working for them?)

Thank you very much!

It could work if it provides details of your duties and responsibilities.
Again this is completely unnecessary. You are just creating potential problems without gaining anything in terms of additional CRS points by listing Company B in work history, as you already have 3+ years of experiences and proper documents from Company A.
