Most of Quebec applicants take more like 15 months than 12 or less to finish PR. Here's a useful thread if you want to have updates from people with a similar timeline

Mine still the same... no emails, no ecas update... DM on sponsor side... In process on applicants side... on applicants side the last line is “Medical Results Have Been RECEIVED”...

My application was sent to Hamilton from November 12, 2019. No news what so ever

My file sent to calgary( my home town ) in october
After that no news
Some one told me if case moved to your city office it means it will take more time to process from usual

I called customer service

On ECAS it says DM on sponsor side and In Process on PA’s side...under it the last line is, “Medical Results Have Been Received” and when I phoned IRCC, background check is on progress...
