If i want to email Amman office should i use the web form or use this email amman.immigration@international.gc.ca. Or it does not matter which one i use. just want to check up on my status and see what is next step on my application?

From your experience do you recommend me sending them email now ?

guys , am sponsoring my wife she is jordanian with no kids but she is coming to quebec ,
Biometrics done on Sep24.2019
application sent to amman VO 16.Oct.2019
since then no updates or medical
just linked the application to GCKEY yesterday and it says in process 48%completed
under review for eligibility
processing background security check
But she didn't receive medical ?
is that normal ? what does it mean?
cause most of the guys here received medical after two months ? whoever received the medical it meant it was done with the background check ?
and they have delays on CSQ is it possible they wont do medical before they receive the CSQ ?

Hi when did you apply to CIC .
I applied on 23 September and my file transferred to Amman on 19 November
Still no medical

Use the Web form. As you need to input information about your application. They will reply. And you will get an email

I emailed them 3 times since they've received my application it was always the same standard reply. Good luck. Let us know

I have emailed amman embassy a few times and they always say that the standard processing is 12 months and i have not yet received that date they do not give any info on my application

Exactly! Even if i ask them a question. They don't even answer the question. They just send that standard reply

From what i am hearing from you guys there is no point emailing them then, i am sure i will receive the same answer as my application in process for 4 month only.
