Hello Everyone, I have ques.. I became stress when received email from IRCC that my spouse is not added in the system yet.. I sent all docs for my spouse in May 2019. I called them to ask my spouse info like whats going on but CIC asked needed consent (representative form) from my spouse so I sent them and they sent this reply. Any one have info regarding this or had similar experience? My point if its not added to the system yet means process is not started? Spouse medical will expires soon and my medical expired already.

If your file was transferred to local Visa office before you added the spouse or right after when they received docs for spouse add-on; it's no surprising that your file has not been touched in LVO.
There are ppl who have been transferred to lvo Winnipeg in may and June and their file has not been touched yet also. I am seeing some ppl, transferred in April, getting adr letter.
So call IRcc and ask the reason why her name is not added and when your file was transferred to lvo, it will clear things up.

What is going on in Winnipeg office? Why don't they send any PPR recently? JUNE 2019 applicant get PPR today. But my one(I applied it in middle of 2018) hasn't been touched in there until now after MP. It is big problem. I spent lot of money and time. But it looks I have to spend that more
Hey, My file was transferred to Winnipeg office soon after I added my spouse. sent all required documents to add spouse on april 16, 2019 and they confirmed through webform on april 24,2019 and then on may 1st 2019 my file got transferred to Winnipeg office. I never got any update or any additional documents from Winnipeg office. Even my spouse is not added yet in my cic account. I have called them for so many times even tried through MP as well but no success so far.
then may be due to some technical problem your spouse name is not there. you can ask them to solve it or if they say so u have to wait then nothing you can do but wait.
then you have to wait. Dont ask them same thing again n again. One of my friend have same situation and his spouse name came up after 8 months when he got medical request.
