ECA for master degree from G.N.D.U

hi,
i want to evaluate my credentials can someone suggest what is the best option ? WES or university of Toronto?

• i want have done MSC computer science,and BCA from Guru Nanak dev university amritsar,and want to evaluate my credentials , what is the best option for me either WES or CES (University of Toronto)?
• and for what degree should i apply for Master's or both? Kindly guide me .

Don't go for WES. they've changed their policy and only giving master to IIM/IIT.
IQAS is very good at giving master to Indian education but they've stopped their services till May 2020.
CES and the University of Toronto is good option.

I am not sure about it. Different agencies operate differently.
For WES, you need to send a bachelor as well as a master's.
CES charge differently for both bachelor and master.
IQAS charge single and you need to send both for evaluation.

I would suggest to do it both simultaneously to avoid delay.

I am not aware about CSE procedure.
I got my ECA from Wes and I am sure you’re aware about wes procedure and evaluation credentials.

If they asked for master then you’re all set applied for it and get it done
