In my case ndvo started processing on September 17 and i am still waiting for dm or ppr.

Mine is also the same timeline. Still waiting.My file moved to NDVO on NoV 5th and AOR2 on Nov 15th. I didn’t get even the PA till now. It is 3 months now without any information from NDVO. Should I be worried? Should I request GCMS notes?

and according to my GCMS notes NDVO haven’t even touched or opened my file, even though my ECAS says “started processing on November 22.”
so the line 2 is just for the show I believe.
And I think July applicants will get pre-arrivals and ppr in March or April.

That's right … Line 2 doesn't mean anything .. just to simplify we can think of it as if they opened the file just to enter it into their system .. nothing more than that … no sort of assessment … otherwise if they really start working on it right away .. do you think it takes it takes 4 months to go through 50 sheets of paper … absolutely unrealisticJuly 2019 applicant here,

People have waited for even 5+ months after Line 2 .. and I am also in the same queue
any one knows how much time after pre arrival ?
