APP RECEIVED thing is for all files that were transferred DEC onwards … for the ones that were moved until NOV , it has been always IN PROCESS. When was yours?Mine is Sep 3, application is in process

I am sep 3 AOR, since my file moved to NDVO, I never had application received...it has always been "in process"
My file was received Sept 13th and transferred to NDVO on November 20th. ECAS has only shown 'application received' since then.
APP REC thing has changed recently … no idea when exactly … but for all transfers that took place DEC onwards it shows APP REC first then change back to IN PROCESS …. for everyone who had transfers earlier in sept, oct, nov, etc there's was no such thing as APP REC in their status and they just added Line 2 saying "We started processing …."
Truth is that we can't really figure out clearly about the process … all we get is ideas and insights from what others share in this forum. Patience is the key to help ourselves
P.S. You are on fast track .. transfer within 2 months time is really quick … Mine was moved after 7 months
what about pre-arrival letter...they still send it or it goes straight to DM? as it has been almost 3 months after transfer and no PAL yet..
yeah people are still getting pre-arrival letter … I heard from only 2 applicants who received DM directly without pre-arrival .. one from April and other one from JUNE
Hehewow..so nothing fixed..just luck it seems
wish I was lucky enough so thay my file stayed at Mississauga in Sept 
yeah..me too..people getting their PPR in 2-3 months. We are the chosen ones..hard earned pleasureHehe

I am may applicant and its been 2.5 months for me as well after getting pre-arrival. I am still waiting for dm or ppr. This waiting is really tiring.
SO my line 2 was app. received, but today it changed to we started processing your app on 28 Nov.
so my question is in how many days NDVO process the file
