Was this today? Because that would mean someone at Ottawa got on to your application pretty quick.
I have Raised webform to IRCC CANADA not at NDVO as they never replied. I got the reply in week.

Lol Omg nooo! I'm also VO Montreal... AOR May 9thI am waiting 8 months now as well... I have seen that people with March AOR and VO Montreal got PPR recently. So I am expecting to wait another 2 months for Montreal?
Going 9months in a week but still no update since sept. May 9 AOR..raised a webform to my VO 2 weeks ago but no response yet..anyone from Manila visa office here?..PNP-outland
I have just waited..I haven't uploaded anything from my side...the clinic has directly submitted the results to CIC.

I got an email with subject “Ready for Visa”
In that email, there are the steps to send the passport. They have asked to fill Annex-A but there is no link or Annex—A mentioned.
My friend told me that this is not actual PPR email. The PPR email will have some different subject and it will have a PDF attached which has Annex-A at the end.
Please confirm.
