I had my university degree assessed by WES already, my question is that do I still need get another transcript in sealed envelope from university again when submitting my documents to CIC?

When you get an ITA, you will get a personalized document check-list along with an upload form and button. No documents in hard format are to be sent to IRCC, all documents are to be uploaded through the personalized document check list.

IRCC does require the scan of your degree certificate at the time of uploading documents, but, not the mark-sheets or transcripts (although, you can, if you wan to).

Hi, thank you for your reply... Please pardon my weird question, but i thought we're supposed to send in hard copies after sending them electronically... Isn't it the case?

No. You are not supposed to send the hard copies after electronic submission. Hard copies are submitted only when you are applying for PR through mail.
