Any May applicants from India who is still waiting for PR? my progress bar on GcKeys shows 70% complete. I just started a new job and am still on probation therefore I can't go and see my spouse. This is our second marriage for both, i hope they don't turn down our application becuase i haven't visited and it's been a year since we got married.

I applied for my wife in May 2019 As the follwoing, no any update after medical and biometric since july.
Waiting is so hard for both of us...

2. We started processing application on August 6, 2019.
3. We sent medical instructions on July 15, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Hoping but looks like 12 month time is pretty optimistic and most cases will go beyond considering that files are only started to be reviewed after 9 10 months.

Guys. I had my MP to enquire about my file...
1) they are working on the eligibility
2) BGC has not started
3) They dont seem to have the CSQ even if I sent it twice over 2 months ago. MP asked they confirm the receipt. If not to add it asap
4) no medical has been requested...

Make sure they confirm receipt of youtr CSQ or any docs needed...

I have 14 weeks left...i am may 13th

New Delhi. I think seeing that it's our second marriage, they might be taking longer. I've requested CAIPS to see what the hold up is. Hope to get something back soon. this is seriously depressing.
