Birth in Canada

Hello
I’m in Canada as an international student and my study is going to complete in April2020.
My wife is also here in Canada as a spouse visa (SOWP).
My visa get expire in July2020 ,same for my wife also.
If we give a birth a child in September 2020 what about my wife status because on those days I apply for pgwp.
So can she stay here with me after baby born if suppose till date We will not have work permit.
Because I think nowadays it takes almost 4-5 months to have work permit.
Please reply ASAP

What province do you live in? Has she been working? Will depend if you can get an NOC 0, A or B quickly and have 3 pay stubs. Yes she could be a visitor without healthcare depending on how things play out and where you live.
