Ignore the percent calculation, it is just days passed since you applied over 365 - it tells you precisely nothing about actual progress in your file - nothing but time compared to the 'standard' 365 days.
This is my concern. I don’t know if I should call them about it cuz they have not updated it on their website. It’s been two months already.

Just jumped to 34%. I have done Biometrics since November 2019, but GCKEY says they haven’t received my fingerprints yet, I don’t know if I should call them or not. Any idea?
Biometrics are updated immediately on GCkey account. You should contact with CIC about this matter.

It’s not that the information isn’t there about the biometrics. The date it was taken, expiration date, and everything is there. But, when I’m reading about the status below the progress line, it says they haven’t received my fingerprints while at the bottom of the same page all the information is listed there. I’m confused.

It's probably a glitch then.

I believe otherwise they would have contacted me since the deadline was December 2019 to get it done.
I have the same thing. Biometrics are posted on GCKey and under the biometrics section it saya “we don not need your fingerprints, if this changes we’ll let you know”

I don’t know why, maybe they haven’t started security screening yet?

Our file was moved to NDVO on Jan 13,2020 and we share the same time frame as our file started getting processed on Sept 19,2019. I believe they go by individual file. Our GC key status is We are processing your BGC and will update you once the decision is made.

Hi everyone.

If necessity (read: work, employment) causes me to return to Canada during the spousal sponsorship process, does it jeopardize a positive outcome for my spouse?

Another question, related to the first one: what happens if we change addresses during the process? Do we need to notify CIC? Would the file be transferred to the field office closest to our new address?
