I dont know PGP-2018 timeline for QC applicant. we have PGP-2018 tracker (few details for QC applicant) & PGP-2019 tracker .

as your 2018 file still in process for year 2019 , i think PGP 2019 timeline help you to get status update.

When did you submit additional documents like PCC?

We got PPR today. Well, we are going to update with webform on my MIL's health condition and likely withdraw from the applicaiton.
It falls in STEP 1: Chagne in Circumstances: of the PPR email.
- Change in Health

I think we got eventually transferred to IRCC Hong Kong. That's where the instruction was sent from and may be that's why we heard nothing since June 2019.
This PPR email also included some pre arrival information as well.

Passed Early september
Additional documents submitted- Oct 22nd 2019
No update after that

Sponsor Approval: 27-02-2019
Visa Office: Ottawa
Medical & PCC requested: 28-02-2019
First set of Medical Test submitted:15-03-2019
Further medical tests requested (For Primary Applicant):30-04-2019
Final medical reports submitted:15-07-2019
File transferred to Visa Office-Mississauga: October 2019
Medical Tests (Primary) again requested for mother :31-12-2019
Medical Results:Still awaited
File transferred to Visa Office-Niagara Falls:22-01-2020

Things are a little bit confusing at this stage...Dont understand the logic of moving the file to Niagara Falls Office at this stage ! Guys any ideas or comments !!! Many Thanks
