Winter 2020 Intake: (SDS/Non SDS) Pakistani Students Only

Hi Everyone
I have some kind of different situation here, I have applied for study Permit at VFS lahore on 29-08-2019 gave my biometrics and photograph upfront but till now I got no response from IRCC as well as VFS nothing no update no refusal no medical request etc, it’s been nearly 5 months and till now nothing. I have applied to private based college in Alberta and I hasn’t done any IELTS and hasn’t paid my tuition fee and applied through Non-SDS paper based application. I emailed to VFS several times but they only say that your application is under consideration at Canadian High Commission. I also sent a webform query but no response. I am kind of stucked in this situation please help me that can I get the study Permit or not because I’ve waited for such a long time official processing time is 8 weeks and my application is entered in 21st week and not a single update. My course is based by ESL(English as Second Language) program of 2 months. I didn’t saw a single student in a situation like me I have read a lot of timelines.
And one thing more I applied through a consultant based in Lahore. In my visa application he had written his own email address not mine so I didn’t access to my online GCkey account as well as online webform. He seems genuine consultant. I also confirmed my admission from the college of which Acceptance letter he gave me. On a day when he was giving me my application package he taken my signature on about 20 to 30 pages and then I went to VFS and submitted my application along with biometrics and photograph. I can track my application on VFS Global website but only one message that your processed passport and visa application has been forwarded to Islamabad on 29-08-2019. Now please tell me that I should wait further more or not leave this and went to my job in Dubai which I left for Canada. I am UAE return.

But my course duration is not less than six months it’s in LOA which is known as conditional Letter of Acceptance in which they say that before joining I had to complete two months of English language course and then to join the diploma program.
whats the condition mentioned ? If offer letter is received before fee submission, then should wait or request for un-conditional after paying tution fee.
Congrats!! I applied on Jan 8th under non sds, gave biometrics on Jan 16th and no updates after that... not even a request for medical.... idk what’s going on.

Yes I did it, wrote an explaination that there were no provisions to upload degree, emedical and police certificate even though they are necessary to be eligible for sds so I am attaching the following documents so that my application is considered under sds ,
And my medical status was updated yesterday and I also gave biometric yesterday I don’t know it’s wether because of webform or biometric anyhow I’m satisfied now.
This is something to do with how you filled eligibility form. Your application is considered as non sds by system based on answers you provided. You did the right thing by sending webform, now the ball is in IRCC court to whether or not to consider as SDS good luck
