Did your husband get his visaThis is all it says.....Your Permanent Resident document(s) will expire one year after the date of your
medical examinations or earlier if your passport or the passports of your spouse or dependent children (if applicable) expire on an earlier date.

What happened???Yeah I got the PPR. The visa is valid until your medical expires (that’s what the immigration officer told me) Before sending the PPR, they requested for a 2nd medical check so the visa is probably for 1 year. I’ll post you, my husband is going india this Sunday.
hey bro where did you submit your passport and how many days it took?Congratulations. Your spouse got visa from India or Pak? Which visa office is better?

I am also Jan 25th applicant with a similar timeline than yours. However, I was asked for additional documentation on Dec 10th and it has been pin drop silence since. I have still not received Biometrics requestHi All,
Here's my timeline:
Application Received CPC Sydney: Jan 25 2019
Sponsor Ship Approval: April 02, 2019
Medical Request: Received April 02, 2019 - Passed April 16, 2019
Transfer to London Office: Sep 30, 2019
Confirmation from London Office: October 3, 2019
Request for Additional documents: November 15, 2019 (I had provided with application but they wanted them again...)
Biometric Request: Jan 27, 2020
My only question to all the veterans out there is, why are they asking for the biometrics so late?
Thanks & god speed to all applications.
