The more duties you have mentioned on your Letter the better.....See if you can get a revised letter....4 is too less I thinkHi everyone.
I have a question. I have 4 duties mentioned on my employment letter and all 4 match the NOC code. But NOC code has total number of 7 duties given. So basically only 4 out of 7 duties match. Can it be a problem?

Yes you can reapply with a different NOC code.. sorry you had to face this but the NOC code is just a technicality and so long as you get your documentation 100% accurate with your NOC code this time, the previous refusal should have no effect on a new application. Good luckUrgent help....Hello please
Can somebody help me please.
I was refused two weeks ago Express Entry CEC Application. I am currently in Canada using my BOWP right now.
The officer said he does not believe i meet the requirement as the leaf statement of the NOC code i chose does not match my NOC code. Please i do not know what to do.
Here are my question:
- Are we allowed to reapply and change NOC code to another that match the job duties?
- Is there any chance they will accept the new application with the new changes to NOC Code?
- Has anyone reapplied before and changed NOC code and was approved, please help me please.
This is looking like the end of a Career / my Life.
Thanks.
Don't worry. Just start a fresh application. Remember this time that your NOC code should be the one whose duties are matching with the duties mentioned on your work experience letter. And very carefully search for all probable reasons for rejection. This forum has extensive data. Don't get demotivated. It's just a phase.Urgent help....Hello please

Can someone explain lead statement with an example. Thanks.Did your reference letter include the job description that match NOC?
CIC doesnt accept self-written job descriptions and most likely you will be rejected. You should get a new reference letter from employer for that includes job description matching the lead statement of the NOC. You should act ASAP and send it via webform CSE.
If you get rejected, you will have to apply again from scratch!
Just search your NOC code or any NOC code. It will start with a brief description of that NOC and then the duties will be mentioned. That brief description is the lead statementCan someone explain lead statement with an example. Thanks.
Thanks for sharing. Wonder if you could help me understand this better. Could you possibly highlight the lead statement here. I work as a Company Trainer.Just search your NOC code or any NOC code.
