It was a tough decision, but I felt that I had no other choice at the time. In retrospect I should have waited until I had PPR but I guess all that is water under the bridge now.

I also had included a gift deed in my proof of funds. I did not get any ADRs or anything else from IRCC.

I need some help for IELTs writing improvement. Last I got 6.5 in writing.

Im already enriched with tips from Jay and Liz before my last attempt. Does anybody have any further leads on writing improvement?

Anyone who got PPR using a gift deed please advise. Is gift deed on a Rs. 100/200 stamp paper or a Rs. 1200 non-judicial e stamp paper from bank of Punjab? Some stamp farosh told me that gift deed is supposed to be on a non judicial e stamp paper. E stamp is costing me around Rs. 50000 for the large gift amount! Is it really supposed to be like that? Need help

Brother you don’t need to panic about Gift deed stuff, anything which is notarized and stamped by Oath Commissioner on Stamp paper i.e Rs 50,100 will suffice your purpose. Just clearly type the deed statement mentioning amount, names , bank details etc and get it printed on Stamp paper and then Notarize them.Goodluck.

Try to get your ielts paper corrected. Use the IDP service of purchasing full ielts exams and solve it online and then let them assess your exam and give you a feedback. Work on your weak areas. If you search on idp website, you should be able to purchase the mock exams. Additionally, there is a thread on this forum called IELTS 7 and above... See that, engage yourself in it. Its pretty helpful as well.

I got a PCC from Sargodha district police and it has got a QR code, a printed watermark and a hidden stamp.IT is black and white in color and laso the signatures are dgital.I was just wondering the hidden stamp might not be that clear in a scanned version that i am going to upload.Shall i get a new manual stamp on it or are there anyother people here who used the same format and got through successfully.

It should be in colored format and the barcode should be visible enough. Signs and stamps opacity dont matter. For more clarity, you can upload the pic to get a clear idea

And for immigration, you need to take general ielts

My date of birth mentioned on IQAS assessment is incorrect. To be precise, month of birth is wrongly mentioned on IQAS assessment. Please guide what should I do for getting it correct. I have received my assessment through Fedex, day before yesterday.

You need to contact the issuer and ask them to correct it. It will create problems at later stage after ITA.
