I have 445 crs score, which noc is better to get nomination from ontario. My duties are similar to noc 1123 and noc 0124.. suggest me which one to pick

You need to match them and see which one is closer to your job duties. 0124 is for managers and usually you need to be managing someone in order to choose this NOC. Check the requirements for each NOC carefully.

I am managing one person under me. And boht NOC job duties are similar to my duties. And I am filling requirement of both In terms of education as well. Because my Canadian equivalency is maters.
So which one to select to get Ontario nomination.

Same problem for me too. I have 1 year experience as an executive and 3 years+ as a head of marketing and public relations. Not sure if I should choose 0124 or 1123. I managed 2 to 4 people as the head of marketing and pr. The 0124 asks for several years of experience. What does it mean? Which NOC should I choose? Any assistance would be highly appreciated.
