Strange! I'd suggest dropping WES a mail to find out why this happened and maybe try to get it revised. Else, you can try IQAS or another company. As for me, I opted to complete my certificate in CIMA BA. Got it back as one year college level certificate.

It took CIMA literally a week to send it to WES and for the latter to approve it. As for WES, it took approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Definitely not more than that. As for your next question, I mentioned where my degree is from. For CIMA it was London, United Kingdom. :)

I actually did BA1 and got the others exempted because CIMA doesn't offer a transcript if you got all of it exempted.
