Hi Guys,

Please HELP Please.

My BC PNP got rejected. sadly.... because stupid me made an application without attaching any recruitment effort ( which I thought is not necessary). I knew my prospective employer from business network connection. He has his advertisement out there, but it is just I didn't make any application to it.

When it got rejected, they said because of these two stupid reasons:

1) The salary offered to me is different from the salary that has been advertised on the advertisement.
2) The title that I submitted is different from the title from the ads. The title that we put for me is senior accountant, while the ads is intermediate accountant. They are actually the same, but bc pnp insists they know better and said it's not the same word -.-
3) The job responsibilities that I submitted for the bc pnp application is not the same exact words as the ads. I meant why on earth has to be same COPY PASTE WORDS?

So then, I consulted with someone and thought I wanted to apply for LMIA. She said LMIA is difficult and so she suggested to just go over with the BC PNP application. Do you think this will work? Now my employer has putting the ads out there and trying to interview people and still can't find people.

QUESTION:

1) Do I have to apply to his ads for this new BC PNP application as he wanted to sponsor me again?
2) What kind of recruitment effort that he has to establish? How long the ads should be there for to prove no local people are available?

Thanks
