Hi guys,

I feel anxious about my DIY application. I've been reading over and over the guidelines and I hope I won't missed any important documents.Talking to someone who has knowledge about this process makes me feel relax.I hope you can help or advise me.

May I ask if there is a Filipino Citizen here that requested Dubai PCC thru online? Can I ask if Do you still have to Certify the PCC in UAE Embassy in Manila?

Since I need to provide my Original Birth Certificates and of my Family members too ( they are not coming to Canada with me). I just noticed that there are some Clerical Errors, for Example in my Birth Certificate my Mother's name spelled as EDITHA but in her own Certificate it is EDITA. My Father's middle name spelled CAPOTE in his own Birth Certificate however it is CAPUTE in my birth Certificate.

Do you think I should give a try to submit the Birth Certificates despite of those Clerical Errors and fixed it while papers are on process? or should I fix it first before submitting my applications.

thank you in advance :)

First name and middle name clerical error can be changed easily on the birth certificate. I would suggest changing it before applying.

Hello everyone,

I mailed my application package yesterday to Sydney, NS by using the Canada post express service. I was told that the mail is delivered nationally within 2 business days with the express service. Given, what I found on the mail tracker, it looks like it will reach by start of next week (i.e. around 4 or more days).

Did you have a similar experience? How many days did it take for your application package to get delivered to CPC Sydney, NS when sent from within Canada?

Thanks and all the best with your applications!

Hi everyone, I’m hoping to post my application next week. For the parts we need to write N/A does it matter if I leave it blank? Some forms with the validating feature reject it.
Is it alright to print and hand write it?

Also how do you arrange you entire package before mailing?

I think we all get super analytical about stuff like this out if fear of it being rejected (I was the worst for it) but I just hand wrote the N/A. Realistically typing it wouldn't have worked.

As far as arranging the application, you should make sure to double and triple check the document checklist. It's your bible for how to put this package together. My mind i already a bit fuzzy on this but I'm pretty sure the basics are

-document checklist
-barcode pages
-first supporting document the checklist asks for
- second supporting document the checklist asks for

Etc.

I just used paperclips to help decern what forms were what so I could keep track easier (for me anyways)

Hope this helps
