Waiting for PR Card 2019.......timeline, landing etc

When I called them on the 19th of December the lady on the phone told me that the officers were working on the photo requests that are sent out on Nov 27th. Maybe you should give them a call. Hopefully you will get it soon.

When I called I was told that the officers are working on Dec 4th photo requests.I resubmitted phone on the 17th Dec . Have you received yours?

When I called them last Friday the guy told me the officers were working on the photos that are received in mail on Dec 5th. They are just super slow

We did landing on 20th of December, my husband and daughter have already received PR card on January 9 and 10. I still didn't receive it yet. Is someone in the same situation? Should I worry about it? Is anybody didn't receive PR card, who did landing in the same time 20-21th of December?

Hello , I landed just a week ago , and linked my app to my CIC account , today I saw a ghost update , I thought we're done with those anyway , what does that mean?
