When I called them last Friday the guy told me the officers were working on the photos that are received in mail on Dec 5th. They are just super slow :(

I know it's showing 13 days but I haven't got any updates. It's just so annoying, they are so slow.

When I called them on the 19th of December the lady on the phone told me that the officers were working on the photo requests that are sent out on Nov 27th. Maybe you should give them a call. Hopefully you will get it soon.

I took new pictures and sent those to them. But they still asked me to give them new pictures. Good luck with your landing today.

I got a letter from them saying my photos didn't meet the requirements. But they didn't mention any specific reason why. I did submitted two copies of photos with my passport but again I was asked to resubmit.

For me they did.
