There's no relation between these two events, they're independent. Medical request can come at any time.

If we enter in receipt number and all related details, and there is nothing on the application does that mean that it has not even started to be processed yet?

That's right. It takes them a few weeks to enter info into a system.

Thank you. though I was hoping it was some glitch since people whose application was received on the 18th-20th have started receiving AOR1 and mine hasn't still. Fingers crossed though. hopefully this week we'll hear something.

On ECAS, it stated Application Received and the date. It now says In Process.
