Similar timelines here.İf you are inland, may be you will not get PAL. May be lawyer got it and forgot to inform you.
I have a rep too and I was not aware that I got the PAL. Apparently rep gets it on the IRCC portal. In my case IRCC did not notify me. And my rep thought that they did. So for 2 months I did not know that I have received the PAL. I have asked my rep to double check if IRCC has my id.
So ask your rep if they can check and confirm.
