Congrats broJust got my golden email. Thank you all for your supports and best of luck with everything!!
My application is July AOR, received PAL in Dec 13 but no MR yet. Do we know what's the significance of receiving PAL? My immigration lawyer says it means IRCC received a complete application, but I also saw people on the forum saying it means passing eligibility check.Because the steps changed. June AOR applicants got MR then they got PAL. For jule appkicants steps changed. Ircc firstly gave PAL then after that MR. The reason for change was, if they changes the steps, no need prolong medical when it expires.

I have exactly same timelineI am stressed out. I jcalled CIC/IRCC 2-3 weeks ago and i was told that only Security was left. Then i called like 5 minutes ago and i was told by the operator the my paper is on progress and that they are doing background check...like seriously?
Well i guess, i don't have to rely on their call center agents. I just have to wait patiently. By the way, I am Feb 18 AR, April AOR.
Cheers
It means eligibility passed. What your immigration officer says, it is AOR.My application is July AOR, received PAL in Dec 13 but no MR yet. Do we know what's the significance of receiving PAL? Thank you! Not sure which office. I applied to Nova Scotia but I have to send my passport to Ottawa. I didn't call IRCC, I was too afraid of hearing some negative news so I waited patiently.Which Visa Office processed your file
