It took 10 days to stamp visa or you collected the passport late? I thot it would take 3-4 working days to stamp and return the passport.
Well I applied on 27th Nov and still waiting for final decision.

Well it took 10 days I think because 25..26 was holiday and it also include Saturday sunday..

No, VAC called me on Dec 30. That actually is only 4 business days if you exclude the day I submitted the passport and the day I picked it up; 21st and 22nd was a weekend, 25th was a stat holiday and 28th and 29th was a weekend again.

Yea later i calculated the days and i got it.. im so worried for my case and want to send another web form but it says that *Please send web form once* and at the same time it is allowing me to send web form. I sent one web form on 18th Dec and got a reply that due to high number of applications processing is delayed. Im not sure if i should send web form a second time.

It happens sometimes use another browser for time being it will go fine after a day or two
