Anyone see any movement in New Delhi office after new year?

Hi,
In fact my MIL is going for a couple of months. She is leaving in two weeks that’s what I meant.
She doesn’t have visa for re-entry. So she will come back with PR visa.
In that case if I change her mailing address to Indian address is it true her file will be transferred to New Delhi?

They might transfer her medical check to ND. I believe other in this forum went through similar situation. May be they can give you more insight into this.

Expect to get the PCC, medical and travel forms requests soon.

My dad spent 2 to 4 months each in Canada and UK since 2012.
1. Do i need PCC from Pakistan only or from all countries?
2. In Pakistan if he lived in different cities, do I need just one PCC or separate PCCs from different cities.

Mine turned to under process on December 19, 2019

Mine went to in process on December 27 and received PPR and Medical same day. You will be getting today or tomorrow as well.

Guidance about PCC:
My dad spent 2 to 4 months each in Canada and UK since 2012.
1. Do i need PCC from Pakistan only or from all countries?
2. In Pakistan if he lived in different cities, do I need just one PCC or separate PCCs from different cities.

For different cities yes you have to if more than 6 months and same for UK. I think you don't need for Canada

My parents and younger brother have received,

1. passport back with VISA stamped
2. 3 CoPRs (one for father (PA), one for mother (DEP) and one for the younger brother (DEP))

In all three CoPR, there is a section with Sponsor Details, where my details are mentioned. The relationship is also mentioned in the Sponsor Details.

Now the question is, for my younger brother, the relationship is mentioned as a child. Just curious, whether it is normal (are they putting child considering the relation with the PA) or I need to follow up with IRCC office in Singapore

It is correct, considered relationship to PA.

A friend of mine (14th May case) received PPR for his parents.
His father (Principal Applicant) is currently here in Canada on VV and mother is back home in India.
Can his father send PP to Ottawa and his mother to NDVO?
