I don't think there is any difference between the picture taken in China or Canada.
Happy new year, Xixi, I heard that the purpose of CIC requests address of photography studio written on the back of photo is to verify where currently you are, but not so sure.

I finally got my spouse police clearance and the PR packet is on its way to Sydney, NS. Will be delivered tomorrow via UPS. Tried my best to get it delivered last month itself, but no go. Planning to land in spring on WP.

Comparing with the long process in applying PR, waiting another half month to retake the picture is not a big deal.
There's no information on the official list that it has to have an address. They ask for Full name and date, that's about it.

The back of one (1) photo must:
bear the name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of the photography studio;
bear the date the photo was taken;
The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are not accepted.

Getting PCC was a real pain, wasted ~20 days but eventually PR got submitted (EE) and received AOR today....Fingers crossed !!

I have an active EE profile with 350CRS score since an year but I have not got any invite..
So waiting for this job stream to reopen as i have a job offer.
Any idea when will this stream reopens in 2020?
ADR can be sent at any phase of application of PR. The document request will vary based on application (Example: During the last phase of PR, some folks were asked to upload color scan of PCC, few were asked for re-medical)
