My offer letter will expire on 1 janury

talk to the university about it.mine expires on 20th jan even though my classes begin on 6th jan.

It depends on when you apply.if you applied on time then he won't reject on the basis of that but if someone applied late it might be a problem.

Like i am going to re-apply tomorrow.. however, once my university opens i will ask for an extended LOA if they give and will upload it later in the file in the first week of jan. is it fine ?

I got refused 2 time first was on 19 November first time I applied on 3rd August for September intake and it took 104 days to get final decision and reapplied with new course on 4th December then agin got refusal on 19 December now I applied for study visa on 22 December of Canada and waiting for visa all applications are under sds category

Medicals Passed Dec 9th

No update ever since.

For jan intake ? Reasons?

First was for September intake both time one reason was same you will not leave Canada after your authorised stay and first time second reason was I am not satisfied that your proposed study is reasonable according to your education beackgrond.
Second time second reason was your proposed course is not in light of your qualifications, study history, financial ability language ability future plans missing marksheets, level of establishment.

Bio on 9TH

But medical is still not updated in the account.

I am constantly checking my account for a change in the status . But no use.
