Canada study visa applied in December

I applied for study permit on December 3rd and I got an email that my biometric is passed but next day I got my passport bad without any stamp and also there isn’t any notice about rejection or approval. But within two days they said they’ll send me an email. It might be a rejection?
Anyone has this experience?

I got rejection letter where they visa officer clearly said I am refusing your application

I got my passport back but they still haven’t told me the decision

My file was online so I didn’t submit passport you should contact your consultant

I also got refusal ist time with same reasons
I had applied again on 20th dec
With income tax return ,salary slips and strong sop
Ist time sds online
2nd time paper file sds
Waiting for positive response

I applied on 11th December with the medical and bio-metrics but still no response

I have applied on the 5th December from the VFS global with the aid of the papers instead of the online. Still, not got any updates.

They took my passport and told me that we will let you know.

don't know how much time they will take. Its already been 2 weeks
