Hi everyone,
My name is Ranvir and I am currently on a Closed Work Permit in New Brunswick, Canada. I am a Long-Haul Truck Driver which falls under NOC- C and NOC code is 7511.

I have arrived Canada last year on Visitor Visa then i returned back to India after 4 months after clearing my Truck License.

When i returned back i applied visitor visa for my wife and son which was sponsored by my elder brother who is PR from last 6 years and is currently a software manager. The visa for my wife and son got refused in March 2019.

I travelled back to Canada in April and took closed work permit in july. Start working in September due to tranining and other programs.

I reapplied visitor visa for my wife and 3 year old son on 10 December 2019. I have shown $20,000 bank balance in canada, support letter from my company, i have booked a small party hall for my birthday(28 Jan) and Marriage Anniversary(4 February) in a hotel, for which i was sponsering my wife to visit me for 15 days.
But yesterday on 17 December,2019
The visa got rejected based on Home ties, travel history, will not leave country at end of visit and financial assests.

My wife currently is running family business of cloth and has ITR of 350000. She has a bank balance of 10 lakh and i have attached my Property papers worth 30 Million Ruppees.

I am planning to re-apply immediately again. Please suggest should i do that.

Thank you very much in advance

Don't reapply immediately.

They are likely refused because they are the reason why you will leave Canada. With them in Canada, why would you return to India?

It is likely they will continue to be refused, unfortunately.

Hi,
Thanks for answering my question. Should I re-apply only for my wife and not my son.
Will it improve chances for Visa ?
Thank you

Hello, Apply for GCMS notes and see if there is anything you can overcome in your file.

Unfortunately with NOC C your family is unlikely going to be able to get a visa or permit because there would be too high a chance that they will remain. The fact that your brother in Canada makes it even less likely that your child and wife will return to India. When you get PR they will be able to come but unlikely before that.
