Correspondence Letter Received

Hello,

I applied for a visitor visa on Thursday, December 5th in New York VAC. I applied on paper. I submitted my application, passport, and biometrics on the same day. On the next day, I received an email saying that IRCC is processing the application.

Today, on December 10th, I received a correspondence letter which says:

RE: validity of your biometric information Thank you for providing your biometric information (i.e. digital fingerprints and photograph) in support of your temporary resident application to Canada. The purpose of this letter is to notify you that your biometric information is valid until 2019/12/05 (yyyy/mm/dd) for subsequent temporary resident applications to Canada.

Does this mean my application is about to be approved?

no it just means they have processed your fingerprints nothing else
