How do I know my application to extend my stay was sent?

Hello, I completed the form in the adobe reader and generated the bar codes, should I do anything else or does it mean my application was sent and now I wait for an answer in my e-mail? Thank you!

You need to submit your application package after uploading form and other required documents on online portal. You will be asked for an online signature just before submission
