Thats normal the CIC website has issues its called a ghost update nothing to worry about btw did you apply for jan intake?
How did you get the police certificate and how much time does it take.
Plus, I will be applying under SDS for winter 2020 term. How much time has it been since you submitted your application? I know the website says 20 but does it actually process it in 20 days or its just like that

I am from. Karachi i got it from a connection my uncle has thats guys office was at NIPA try searching the web it takes sbout a week to get it after submitting the form
Yes the sds process does say that it will completed under 20 days but thats anot always the my application was submitted on 22nd it hasn't been 20 days yet but i think it will probably take more than 20 days anyways but its still the fastest way for visa
Its very easy. I got mine whitin 5 days of applying. First go to katchery and have application filled by typer and attach 50 ruppee stamp with it that will be signed by government education head of the city. 2 pictures and Go to nearest khidmat center pay 100 ruppee fee i believe and they will give you the recipe. Someone from police department will come to your house and ask questions and about your residence and obtain information then his form will need signature from your neighbour government teacher or Gov official. Once this done. Some policeman will hand deliver the certificate to your residence. Mine took about 5 days.
I taught a post-graduate diploma class in a college in Canada for a while. One of my students was an international student from India and had two masters degrees. Point being, you might still get the visa if you apply to a post-grad diploma as long as your can justify why you think it will teach you something that your masters degree could not.

Every offer letter has conditions. Usually they ask for some amount [ between 1500-2500 CAD] whitin 30 days of offer letter in order to hold a seat and ask you to submit first semester academic fee at pacific date. This has nothing to do with SDS. What you have to do is pay the token first then when you ready to apply. Pay full academic year tuition to the college trust me they would love that. I send mine through flywire. Once you paid full year fee. Your payment receipt should be posted online college account. You use that to justify that you paid 1 year tuition and you need to send 10k GIC for living expenses. Now when you receive GIC certificate you should be good to apply for SDS considering other documents as well [ IELTS over 6.5 with min 6, character certificate, medical certificate, college transcript, etc].
Its not written to submit that amount (token) to hold seat
They wrote submit 1 semester fee to hold your seat
And one semester fee is $7,596.12
They don't write one year fee
How I will know the full year fee?
Ok in this case pay 1 semester now and remaining amount when u ready to apply. If you want u can actually pay the whole yesr at once. It should be double of 7596.12. Mine for whole year was 16402.

I have queries about bank statement. I want to apply as non sds study permit and my elder brother will be my sponsor. So what doc should be attached as a proof of sponsor and proof of his bank statement.. I mean anything to prrof his income or it doesn't need?

You could call the registrar's office and ask them to let you know the full year's fee. They should be able to give you an approximate figure at least if not exact. They are usually pretty helpful. It will be close to the first semester's fee but might not be exactly the same.
Hi, I've applied for UTP Stage 1(foundation) can call it undergrad also.My Ielts score was 6.5, 6, 5.5, 5.5. I've filed my visa on 12 of december and my classes starts on 6 of January. Btw my collage name is Fraser's International Collage in Vancouver. Bank statment was about 50000CAD$ and with income proof and tax.As i was not eligible for sds i had to apply for a general category can you please help me with visa processing time in pakistan for non sds
Bilal you have applied really late for January intake. I would contact school and get defer letter for May 2020. The average processing time for study permit for general category (non sds) from Pakistan are 4 months plus (17 weeks).
