How long does it take to get a study visa under SDS

They are not satisfied that i will leave canada after my studies.....despite meeting all the requirements still got the refusal.
Not yet but hoping till 16dec!....if u will get any update then let me know...and can u share ur profile?

Please help me. I have applied Online File under NON-SDS category for Montreal.
I have done my medical on 24 Oct 2019 and I Submit my file on 22 Nov 2019 and Done with biometrics on 26 Nov 2019. Please tell me, How much Time Embassy takes to approve a Non-SDS study permit. I am so confused about it because of it almost complete 20days. Please check all the status point, Is it correct or not? how I get to know about my medical

SDS files can take 15-25 days....so non sds files which are in genral category can take 45days maximum...( i'm not a visa expert but few of my friends applied in non sds so heard this as a processing time from their consultants).Hi All,

Hlo.....i need ur help...i was refused in the sds category despite meeting all the requirements as i have overall 7 bands not less than 6 each.....10th with 7.2 CGPA and 12th in commerce with 64%.....the reason of refusal is that i will not come back to india after my studies...so with a covering letter i reapplied the file on the same day that is on 4 dec 2019 and my biometrics were updated on 5 dec...here is the covering letter which i included as a reply to my refusal reason..please have a look on it and let me know if there are chances to get the visa this time.

My previous application was refused on the following ground:
That I will not leave Canada at the end of my stay based on the purpose of my visit.
I would like to clarify that I had passed my Senior School Examination in 2017 with CGPA-7.2 and ASL- A1 and my Senior Secondary Certificate Examination in 2019 in the Commerce stream with 64.6% and had fulfilled the conditions required for the language test with the following band score:
Listening: 7.0, Reading: 8.0, Writing: 6.0, Speaking: 6.5, Overall: 7.0
After applying, I was successfully admitted in the Ascenda School of Management, Vancouver for a four year degree program in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Human resources Management which is relevant with my previous academics.
I would like to state that the program selected by me is a four year degree course instead of the two year Diploma courses usually selected by majority of the students and moreover I being the sole child of my parents, would like to return back to India after the completion of my studies and getting the required International exposure.
I would like to assure you that the sole purpose of my visit is to persue my further studies in the field of my interest. This course will help me in gaining international exposure and the much required experience.
I further assure you that I will abide by the rules and regulations required of me during my entire stay in Canada. Your good self is requested to grant me the required visa.

Before applying for the second time did you studied your CAIPS notes about your refusal?
Because one of my friend got refuel due to some financial documents error, but the visa officer put this same tag line in his rejection and he was so shocked because he was also full fill all the requirements for SDS category.then someone gave him advice about CAIPS Notes and he applied CAIPS notes and found the exact reason for refusal and the second time he put ITR's and CA report along with his file and he got his visa in 10-12 days
No bro i have applied for the jan intake 2020 and i didn't have enough time to apply caips notes as my classes are about to start on 2jan.....And my consultant adviced me to relodge the file on the same day with this covering letter bcz i already paid one year fees to the university and paid 10200CAD for GIC so i think there would be no financial issues....THANK YOU for answering my query...Hoping for the approval this time As today is the 7th day......Fingers crossed!Before applying for the second time did you studied your CAIPS notes about your refusal?

you applied it by online or offline? and what is the status of Medical in your application? like in my medical it shows "You Do Not Need a Medical Exam. We Will Send you a message if this changes", So I want to confirm that is it same in your file?Yes bro, biometrics are updated but medical status is same as urs....my application is filed online..urs?Yes, Definailty Bro...
