hi, have 1 more question....in the letter they mentioned they are returning the entire application and now the application is not in queue, i will have to resubmit with PCC. Along with the entire package they sent the fees receipt too, I checked my credit card account and don't see any refund. So will they refund the fees later on? and if they don't issue a refund I can use the same receipt when I resend the appl.? please advise, thanks in advance

Hi all, New to this.
I’m sponsoring my partner in the US.
we send our app back in Oct9,
got our biometric fee request on Nov12
Got an email saying I’m eligible as a sponsor on Nov27, and Medical request on Nov27.
We are scheduled to do the medical next week, but now I got an email saying our app is transferring to Mississauga today.
Is it normal to transfer to other processing center before medical exam?

My country 'Thailand", all application transfer to VO at Singapore. Medical request is the last thing before final decision made.
you can use the same receipt number...send the same PDF again with the package...
I think Notes will be useful once application is transferred to Local Visa Office to check eligibility, security status...
You are lucky that application transferred to Mississauga...its fastest VO to give PR...
Are you PR or citizen ?
did you submit PR card, COPR, etc ? I think call CIC and enquire more about this...

Afternoon, I've tried to call in to check on my application and the system just takes me in a circle an then when I get to a spot to hit zero to speak with an agent it says high volume of calls we can't answer your call at this time an then hangs up. Anyone have any luck getting through to them on the phone an if so what's best time frame to call an which number should I be using? Thanks in advance for any help you can give....it's been 6 weeks tomorrow that they received the package but no AOR1 as of yet.

File transfered to Singapore VO: Dec 5.
Waiting for them to process and medical exam.

Hope someone can help me, I linked my application and then bookmarked the page. What am I doing wrong? Why does it work sometimes taking me directly to my page?
