The page with your info, any page stamped and any pages with visa. Literally anything that had been used, you have to submit. Also, if you had two passports within 5 years, you have to submit both with all the pages needed.

Did you try linking it online? Mine was DM and I was so stressed on what decision they had. If you managed to link it, it will show you the decision that they have.
Even mine is also showing same status, how we are going the card through mail or we have to pick up the card.But when I call IRCC, they are telling some time card is sending to home adress and some times I have to go receive the from etibcoke office.
Yes, pages not used or blank does not have to be photocopied.
You can link it on ecas. I was having a hard time linking it before but it turns out that in the "Place of Birth", you have to follow what's in your passport. Just a head's up just in case you come across this problem like I did. Also, I think you can only link it when they send you the AOR. That's when you get your application number too.
Here's my timeline. I got my PR card in the mail today! This stressed me out so much since I have to leave the country next week!
- We received your application for a permanent resident card on October 31, 2019.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 23, 2019.
- We started processing your application on November 23, 2019.
- Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on November 26, 2019. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at an IRCC office.
- Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on November 28, 2019.
Sorry I did not receive my card yet they send it mail on 29th nov.still I didn't receive yet

I'm totally confused about what they are telling. They send it to my mailing address or local office.
If they sent it to local office, they'll probably email you. Otherwise, it will be mailed to you. You can check it too online.
But ,my status show only decision made. I actually got information from IRCC call center .when the card dispatched
You NEED to send ONLY Biodata Page of the Passport as per application instructions.... and don’t need to send ANY other page of the passport (no visa pages no stamped pages)....
IRCC instruction guide plus the application checklist very clearly state what is required to be sent... just follow the guide and checklist exactly as it is.... don’t complicate the things by yourself by putting uselessly extra information that has not been asked (my suggestion).... this is what I did and several others on this thread as well....
