Have you ever applied to IRCC before?

Just wanted to confirm what should I say to this question - Have you ever applied to IRCC before?

I never applied for PR /Work Permit/ Refugee/ Immigration to Canada.

I did apply for Canada Visit Visa in 2013 and I did get approved for Canada Visit Visa. In 2013 when I applied it was not online everything was done via mail (paper application). Should I say YES to Have you applied to IRCC before or NO?

If I say YES it is asking me to enter UCI number - I checked my Canada Visit Visa stamp in my passport that does not have any UCI number.

Can anyone please help me what should I say YES or NO

I think visit visa comes under IRCC so you have to answer Yes.

UCI number is optional as not all people receive that and therefore you can skip it. If you have your application number you can give in LOE with an explanation of the situation.

You will have to say YES. UCI number is mentioned in the letter where they put rejection reason.

Hi... I am in the same situation. Would really appreciate if you could share what you did. Moreover, while creating my Express Entry profile I chose 'No' but now post ITA i am clueless whether I should say Yes or No. I had visited Canada in 2012 on Visit visa (Visa stamp has no UCI Number). Would appreciate any response on this... Thanks!

If you don’t know the UCI, just leave it blank. They will figure it out themselves. Just make sure you say yes to that question. Please stop stressing about this.
