Dear, I have applied for the visit visa and didn't mention my US refusal, received procedural fairness letter, I have sent the response as it was an honest mistake, shall I withdraw my trp application before visa officer make decision? what are the consequences of withdrawal for future applications?

1. Too late now, you made the mistake, CIC has started processing. You can probably expect a refusal and a 5 year ban.

Agreed with the above. It's too late to withdraw now. Best case scenario you should expect to be refused. Worst case scenario it will be a refusal + 5 year ban.

You can appeal to the Federal court with the help of a lawyer. However I'm not sure there is much point since you were correctly refused and given a 5 year ban for failing to declare a refusal.
