What exactly does security check mean? Isn't it similar to criminality where they check and validate our PCC?
Just Called IRCC Helpline from Vancouver. I am BC PNP Express Entry PR applicant and my timeline is as below,
AOR-22nd June
Medical Passed Upfront: 5th July
Biometrics Done: 31st july
All fees were paid upfront
Emailed Ralph Godale and got response from him on Oct 1st that my application is in HAlifax and Eligibility Approved/Passed.
Today the guy was quite helpful and polite in replying to my queries. But nothing new he said
. Same.....Eligibility passed, and back ground and security is in progress. waiting time? Can not say/comment anything on it. Just be patient.

My profile was updated on 12th November with an attachment named Information letter with the below subject "The processing of your application for permanent residence in canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, permanent residence visa" requesting for passport and photos but i never received email.
Visa Office is Ottawa
