I'm not sure. I'd email the email that emailed you ASAP and possibly submit a web form as well. When you moved to a different country, you should have informed them via web form CSE at that time and you would not be in this position (a warning to others).
Actually I did inform them about my updated address as soon as I moved, and I also got a response for the CSE i raised to update address that they have received the same. So not really sure as to why the information was not updated.

If you are aware of the Visa Office that processed your visa, you can email them and inform them of the change of address. They will then issue a new email with revised instructions for submission. You could also raise a webform and ask them about this, but, in such cases, it is best to email th visa office directly.
Hi, thanks for the response. Will do the same. Would it be better to mail up NVDO too as I would like to submit the passport in India?

Ready for visa from CIO SYDNEY guys! I can not describe my feelings, I ll come back to you with details later. Youpiiiiiiiiii it is PPRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Guys, realized after looking in a few of the threads that I might have created the return label from FedEx incorrectly.

I was able to find instructions here after some digging(https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...sport/cross-border-shipment-instructions.html) and was able to create new labels/invoices.

I sent a email to IRCC and CPC ottawa explaining my situation and sent them the new labels and invoices attached.

Is there any other way that I can contact them(from US) or should I give it a couple of days to hear back or to see any activity on my CIC account.

Any advice would help.

Thanks!

No. It would be best to email the visa office that processed your case. NDVO may not have any information on your file, so they may not even respond to you.

You can check details of your visa office from GCMS notes, by calling IRCC, or raising a webform.
