Can anybody share past experience on their interview please... Did you guys actually carry any documents?

I dont know what to do at thus point, but apparently this same woman did the same thing to someone else. Its an older white lady. She did this to a friend of my husbands sister. Then he did get a call to bring his passport and he got his papers. So right now we have been told she will be in contact after she goes over hus file again.
