I received the RPRF email on Sept 25th and the the pre-arrival service email on the September 26th. Paid the RPRF on Sept 28th for my husband.
It is now November 10th and we have not received the PPR. On the ecas website it is showing Descion made and on the GC website background check processing. As of today it is showing 37 days on the timeline. I am hoping we get the PPR soon as I would love to spend Christmas this year with my husband.
I guess I will have to wait patiently....

Very strange. In my ecas it says DM but in GCKEY it still says we are reviewing your eligibility and that my background check is in progress. I received pre-arrival services letter in August and yet GCKEY still shows reviewing eligibility
Eligibility and Bgc only change status when you receive the decision of your application. Be patient soon you will receive your ppr. I also received my ppr without DM

Weird! I called CIC on Tuesday of this week and the agent advised that even though we received the RPRF letter and the Pre arrival letter we still have to wait for the COPR to see if my husband is even approved! What kind of backwardness(I know its now a word lol) is this?!?.... *shake my head*
